Dora most regularly freelances as a music writer and photographer. She recently spent an inordinate amount of time and energy spoofing the culturally notorious firefighter calendar.

Dora’s reporting has appeared in SPIN, the Chicago Reader and other outlets. She helps run the photo booth for Sanctum Dark Music Festival and is now co-creating a documentary.

A recent graduate of Kripalu School of Yoga and Health’s 200-hour yoga teacher training, Dora is a burgeoning yoga instructor. They teach weekly at Urban Athlete in Ravenswood and offer special programming such as classes at nonprofits. They are currently using their media skills to set up a YouTube channel with free practices incorporating music from independent artists.
